Delivery Information
At Benson's Sweet Shop we do our best to get your sweets to you within 3 full working days.
Please let us know if you would like next day delivery and we will let you know the additional price.
If we are out of stock of a product we will notify you by email and suggest an equally tasty alternative. If we do not hear from you in 24 hours we will send the sweet box out with the alternative so as not to delay the order.
You can track your order via My Hermes.
We do not dispatch on a Saturday or Sunday.

Return Policy
Benson's Sweet Shop Return Policy means if you are not happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 7 days of receipt, providing they are in their original resalable condition. Once we are in receipt of them you will be entitled to an exchange or refund. We will refund the cost of the order in full.
We cannot accept returns that have been tampered with or opened, or any product that is custom made or specially ordered in.
You will be liable for the cost of returning the order to us. Please ensure items are well packaged to ensure they do not get damaged in the return post to us. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service as we won’t be able to take responsibility for any items damaged or lost in the return transit.
This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
Length of time to process Returns
We aim to process then within 5 working days of receiving them. This may be longer in busy periods.
Length of time to get a Refund
As long as the returned items meet our refunds criteria then you will be refunded within 2 working days by the same method used originally to pay for your purchase.
Length of time to receive an Exchange
After your return has been processed and we have checked we have the exchange item in stock, then you should receive it within 3 working days.
Return Postage
You will be liable for the cost of returning the order to us.
Confirmation
We will confirm your refunded amount via email.
